DebbieJayne is a Certified Holistic Life Coach, a Mental Health Peer Specialist, and the Wellness Program Director of WARRIOR Wellness and the From Wrecked to WARRIOR Wellness Program, a self-empowerment wellness training program created for those battling depression and anxiety.
Her workshops blend mindfulness training, sensory exploration, therapeutic recreation, and daily practice activities through tools and strategies designed specifically for personal and professional success.
The program believes that: Awareness + Intention + Action = Success, and provides an arsenal of helpful tools, tips, tricks, activities, and practices to get almost anything accomplished.
Goal-oriented sessions are designed to aid in self identification, while learning gratitude, self-awareness, self-control and boundary-limitations.
DebbieJayne has also created workshops to facilitate in a professional environment. These are also goal-oriented sessions which are designed to prevent and aid in coping with compassion-fatigue, burnout, and job-related stressors.
Sessions promote equality by welcoming diversity and mutual respect, allowing for everyone’s personal experiences to be valued and respected in a safe, confidential and encouraging environment.
WARRIOR Wellness promotes empowerment and self-reliance through Cognitive Behavioral & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mindfulness training, sensory exploration, therapeutic recreation, and daily practice activities & exercises.
