MISSION
FromWrecked2WARRIOR empowers those battling depression in becoming the WARRIORS they’ve been in search of.
PURPOSE
Through my personal experience, trauma, and recovery, my purpose is to facilitate a safe space where a prescription is not on the agenda. Instead the focus is on an individuals’ empowerment and autonomy.
VISION
FromWrecked2WARRIOR aims to spread the wealth of health and integrative wellness by creating a training course certifying skillful peer transformation coaches.

The understanding is that: Awareness + Intention + Action = Success, so FromWrecked2WARRIOR creates workshops providing an arsenal of helpful tips, tools, tricks, activities, and practices for the mindset to get almost anything accomplished.
Goal-oriented sessions are designed to aid in self-care, self-discovery, and self-love while incorporating gratitude, self-awareness, self-control and boundary-limitations. Workshops are designed for both professional and relaxed settings. To help minimize sick leave, FromWrecked2WARRIOR created Workplace Workshops with a focus on stress-management and preventing compassion-fatigue and burnout.
Sessions also promote equality by welcoming diversity and allowing for everyone’s personal experiences to be valued and mutually respected in a safe, confidential, and encouraging environment.
About
FromWrecked2WARRIOR can teach you how to create a better work/home balance, teach you how to replace old daily habits with positive wellness routines, and help provide you with practical tools and strategies designed specifically for your success and sustainability.
FromWrecked2WARRIOR teaches through art and music, sensory and self-discovery activities, as well as, through discussions on the personal and social aspects of health & wellness. We'll be diving into mindfulness training, brain training, and self-exploration. Spiritual direction, guidance, and/or resources also available.
The combination of modalities, approaches, and techniques allows for a path that best assists you in decompressing stress, increasing concentration, and building self-confidence from the core of your being- IF you choose to put in the work.
Your productivity and resiliency naturally decrease, allowing for health concerns to follow suit. You gain mindfulness and awareness of yourself and everything around you. This level of clarity offers balance, as we focus on holistic well-being for a happier and healthier you. Best of all- you may uncover the Peace and Inner Strength that exists under all your armor.

FromWrecked2WARRIOR promotes empowerment and self-reliance by helping clients discover their personal and spiritual growth through mindfulness training, self-realization exercises, sensory exploration through a variety of exercises and daily practice activities.
